Adult Content

It has been several weeks since my last post. The main reason being that Google, the corporation that I post this blog on, had changed their adult content policy. They switched from an "Adult Content Warning" upon arriving at the blog's URL to prohibiting posting of adult content altogether.

Because much of the content of this blog is adult oriented and often times features pictures of avatars in various adult, sexual and fetish poses, I was actively seeking another server/corporation to move the blog to. But fortunately, Google came to their senses and is back to allowing the posting of adult and sexual content.

Some of the pictures I have taken in Second Life involved avatars in adult approved virtual locations. So while the content of the photo may only be a scene from a group discussion gathering, some of the avatars had very little, if any, clothes on. And that is exactly why I was hesitant to post. Would images such as those be considered sexual? Would Google ban my blog? So I went in search of another blog server who's URL I could post here. As it turns out, Google had a change of "corporate heart". I would assume too many users threatened to leave and post their blogs elsewhere.

Unique "Talk Show" Event at P3

It is my intent to educate and entertain. It is not my intent to publish porn for personal gain. The adult situations that happen to myself and my friends in SL are due to socializing on a level that is not readily available to most people. In other words, we try things in SL that would not normally be done in real life. Things that might even be illegal in our geographical locations. For example, last weekend I was visiting an area where I was "killed" and basically sent to my home location to re-spawn. If someone had killed me in real life, they would be arrested and tried for murder.

The events that occur in SL and are published here in this blog are for informative reasons. It is designed to educate someone curious about Second Life and to also give current SL users ideas on how to make best use of their SL online time.

Above you will see a picture from a sort of talk show interview that the good people at P3 (Pleasure, Power, Passion) are experimenting with. They find interesting people to interview and also invite questions from the audience. In this picture, because the ladies are all showing a great deal of their assets, Google probably would not have allowed this picture based on their previously posted blogging rules. Fortunately now I can share these bits of information with you.
Panel of BDSM Experts
The Panel's Audience

Because of the BDSM lifestyle that is predominant in the circles of friends I have in SL, photos depicting bondage and domination, submission, masochism, will be a part of this blog. Many of these photos will show avatars in various states of undress. Displaying these pictures could be taken as entertaining, and I'm not opposed to that. But they are primarily for education and examples. I also show the basics of creating virtual objects in SL and that does not involve any adult sexual or fetish content. The freedom to post about most any subject that comes up in Second Life, without the need to worry about repercussions is vital to the purpose of this blog. If it becomes necessary to find another blog server, I will. I am also capable of putting up my own blog server if it comes to that. But I hope to be able to keep this blog free of cost to the blogger.

Above you will see a gathering of people curious about the BDSM lifestyle. The event was held by P3 as stated above and was quite successful, not to mention educational. That's just a couple of aspects of this blog; to inform and educate. But hopefully entertainment finds its way into your reading as well.
