Yesterday was my old friend Alobar's birthday/rezzday. I say it that way because his RL birthday happens to fall on the same day he first logged into SL. The first day you logon to SL is considered the day your avatar was born and that is called a rezzday. Alobar (Alo for short) made his submissive sami, promise to not hold a party for him on his birthday/rezzday so she threw a surprise party for him the following day at his Rising Sun Club. Pretty sneaky sami! For the vast majority of us though, our birthdays do not equal our rezzdays so many people celebrate both. Personally, I keep my RL birthday celebration for RL and my SL rezzday celebration for SL. Only my very close friends will know my RL birthday. But when your rezzday happens to fall on your birthday, you just have to have a huge bash!

It was a ton of fun. DJ Peris was there for one along with sami of course and Lark showed up along with Ekatrina (Kat, not to be confused with another Kat I know... not sure how to differentiate between the two for this writing just yet), Also Licone and a bunch of others many of whom I do not know. It didn't matter, we were all there to celebrate Alo. I had to leave in the middle of the party but returned with my loving cat in tow later on. There was a spanking chair there but it was for Alo to use on the ladies which didn't make much sense to me. After all, he's the birthday boy! The theme for the party was "wear as little as you dare". I wore a sock and a smile. Lark wore a sexy little vinyl outfit. sami wore a very revealing pink lingerie thingy. Alo wore some leather shorts and cat wore a few strategically placed straps. I simply adore her taste in clothes!

Anyway, we had a great time dancing and feeding L$ to the sploder. Everyone was hilarious as usual. But there were so many people there that the lag was almost unbearable. Despite that, everyone had a great time and I would not hesitate to go there again. While this celebration was going on, my friend Olu was DJing at the Dolls of Death club which I've been hanging out at a lot recently, being a new member of their group and clan. But I have known Alo much longer and besides, DoD was having another event tomorrow night which I should be able to attend.

After Alo's party, cat and I were invited to Natsuki's party. Nat had a very good DJ there; DJ Andy. He played fast dance music which is not exactly my style, but it really got the audience excited so I think I might be switching my music up a bit. I didn't get any pictures from Nat's party only because I was so busy in IMs from friends throughout the SL grid, but there was Darren and Zuri there, Nat of course, cat and myself and the DJ Andy, a penis (yes, a penis was dancing there) and some others. It was a very well done outdoor setting at a manor/estate. All in all a very busy and social Saturday night in SL.
