Cat and I entered a BDSM portrait contest at Crimson Nights owned and operated by my good friends Alobar and sami. I tried to get a professional to take the photo but even though I know 3 of them personally, I could not find any of them free at a time when cat and I would both be online. With the deadline approaching, I decided to take the pic myself and did some fine touches in PhotoShop. We took several pictures from around our place but when I saw this one, I knew it embodied the essence of the D/s lifestyle.

So I entered the photo in the contest and pretty much forgot about it. Then last night, Emi (who was also in the contest) IMd me and told me that we were in 1st place. I asked her how long before the contest is over and she told me in just a few minutes. I thought it was going on for another week or so! So she TP'd me over to Crimson and they were having an event there. I asked Lark, who also contacted me about the contest, what the theme was and she told me BDSM. It was nice that I didn't have to dress up. And sure enough, Alo announced over the air that they were choosing winners soon. Before I knew it, I had been passed the prize money. I never win these things! Yeah, I've helped others win but never won one myself. And I did have help of course from cat. When I passed her half the prize money, she passed it back saying something about spending it on the club. Bullshit. I intend to take her out shopping.

So the event ends and Emi (who won 2nd place) and I went to Cherry Street to play some Greedy. Lark went to an event that Alo was DJing at TPE Lounge. It was best in blue. After the event, Lark IMs me to tell me she won that event! I think we all 4 should have bought lottery tickets that day.
